How far does GW Home deliver?
We deliver throughout Michigan, with deliveries available every single day (excluding certain holidays) in our regular delivery area. We also service areas outside our regular delivery area on specific days of the week. Want to see the delivery options for your area? Just enter your zip code on the top of the delivery page now.

What if I live outside the GW Home delivery area?
For customers residing outside of the GW HOME delivery area who wish to purchase items, we offer the option of shipping through a trusted third-party home delivery carriers. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your selected items. It's important to note that delivery in this case is limited to curbside service only. How can I get free same day delivery?
We offer 2 different types of free delivery in our regular delivery area: Doorstep and White Glove. Free Doorstep Delivery is available Monday through Friday on in-stock merchandise. If you purchase a mattress over $699, your entire order qualifies for Free White Glove Delivery any day of the week (including Same Day). Orders qualifying for same day delivery can be delivered that evening. For more details and to see delivery options for your area, please visit the delivery page.
Certain items do not qualify for Doorstep Delivery, including art and adjustable power bases.

When will I get a time from for my delivery?
On the scheduled day of your delivery, you will receive a text and/or email with a window of time to expect from your delivery. At that point you can also use the Track Your Truck found on this page to get an even more precise estimate of time.

Can I schedule my delivery for a date further than 7 days in the future?
Yes, you can request a delivery date further out than a week, but please know that your items cannot be held in reserve for a time longer than 7 days – meaning your order will be subject to availablity.

Will my furniture arrive assembled?
Yes, if you pay for White Glove Delivery any assembly needed will be handled by our trained team. However, for doorstep delivery and online exclusive items, assembly may be required.
