Kaysi Grimes

Kaysi Grimes is a Detroit based artist who makes works that highlight the personally alchemical components of the world around her. She primarily paints in oil paint using photos taken from her daily life as reference points. Kaysi received a BFA degree with an emphasis in printmaking from Sonoma State University and an MFA from the Print Media department at Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2020.
